We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. We currently only deliver within the UK.

Orders are posted 2nd class via Royal Mail and you will be notified once your order has been processed and shipped.

Standard delivery is £3.50 flat rate so make the most of your order by adding a few extra treats! Each order also includes a free gift to ease the delivery charge pain! 

Delivery is FREE on orders over £25 using the code FREEDELIVERY.

If for any reason there is a delay in getting your order to you, you will be contacted as soon as we receive your order.

Returns

You have 14 days, from receipt of eligible goods to notify us if you wish to exchange an item. 

Please note that goods that are personalised or bespoke along with wax melts and bath products are non refundable, unless faulty.
